MANAGING DIRECTOR

Marios Palesis

Marios is a qualified Accountant and a Fellow member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, member of Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) and International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Marios has significant experience in Transfer Pricing and international tax planning working with clients in Cyprus, Malta, Eastern Europe and in other jurisdictions around the globe.

She specializes in the pricing of complex transactions involving intellectual property and the valuation of intangible assets.

DIRECTOR

Theodora Charalambous

Theodora is a qualified Lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Theodora obtained her LLB in Law from the University of Sheffield in 2017 and later has commenced her postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the Queen Mary University of London in 2018, with a specialization in International Tax Law and Transfer Pricing.

Joining our team in 2023, Giorgos specializes in intra-group services, trade of goods and transfer pricing aspects of business restructurings.

Giorgos Kinanis

Giorgos obtained his Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B) from the London School of Economics in 2020 and completed his master’s degree in Business Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 2022. He has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2021 and is currently pursuing the ADIT qualification.
